Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Mister Transmission. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining automotive systems, including transmissions, drive trains, and brake systems.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service to manufacturer's specifications
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to ensure proper function
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components as needed
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Steel-toed safety boots and tools
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
