We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, playing a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and selling our recruiting services.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and organized approach, exceling in customer success, operational excellence, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cold calling prospective customers to book introduction meetings, qualify accounts, and generate opportunities
  • Achieving quarterly sales quotas through effective account management and sales strategies

In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening customer relationships by understanding their long-term needs, delivering exceptional service, and adhering to defined best practices.

Requirements for this position include:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles, ideally selling services
  • Proven experience in inside sales making 250+ cold calls per week
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM, data, and task management; Salesforce experience is a plus
