Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic Assistant to join our team at Imperial Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. As a key member of our repair team, you will assist our experienced mechanics in maintaining and repairing heavy equipment and trucks.

Responsibilities
  • Assist mechanics in performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and trucks.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Help with cleaning and organizing the workshop area.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and mechanics.
Work Environment

Our workshop is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work alongside experienced mechanics and technicians. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.
