Job Description
We are seeking a Junior or Intermediate Project Engineer to join our team in the Mechanical Plant Upgrades Program. As a key member of this program, you will be responsible for managing capital and investment projects, developing project requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. You will also prepare and deliver project implementation plans, manage design teams, and maintain construction contracts and budgets.

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence
  • Manage design teams to develop contract documents and meet desired project outcomes
  • Maintain and manage construction contracts, schedules, and project budgets

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a university degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, combined with a minimum of two years' (for Junior Project Engineer) or five years' (for Intermediate Project Engineer) experience in the design, construction, or consulting industry. You must also be registered or eligible to register as an Engineer-in-Training with the Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).
