Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary and secondary care to patients in a rural outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in health promotion and education initiatives
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of British Columbia (CNC)
• 2+ years of experience as a Rural Outpost Nurse / Community Health Nurse (RN)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
