• Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Frosting and Decoration: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods with precision and creativity.

• Education: College or equivalent education in culinary arts or a related field.
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a pastry chef or baker.
• Work Term: Permanent position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
• Language: Fluent French language skills are required.

• A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
