Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team as a District Sales Representative. This role involves managing orders from placement to delivery, addressing any issues along the way.
The successful candidate should reside in the Windsor area and have strong customer focus with effective verbal communication skills.
This is a commissioned role offering medical, dental, prescription drug, and EAP benefits after 30 days of employment.
You will be responsible for expanding existing customer relationships and securing new business by promoting Gordon Food Service products and value-added solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Order & Delivery Management: Manage orders from placement to delivery, addressing any issues along the way.
- Customer Acquisition & Growth: Pursue new customer opportunities, strengthen current relationships, and identify growth prospects.
- Consultative Sales: Serve as a food service advisor, providing system design guidance and GFS value-added solutions.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on product options, pricing, and availability, including providing samples.
- Account Management: Leverage CRM tools to manage customer data, oversee receivables, and conduct business reviews.
- Route & Performance Management: Achieve KPIs for route growth, apply negotiation strategies, and manage all aspects of the sales cycle.
- Minimum of three years in sales or business roles, ideally with exposure to food service or preparation; or equivalent education, training, and experience.
- Strong customer focus with effective verbal communication skills.
- Strategic, innovative, and inquisitive, with high integrity.
- Goal-oriented, organized, adaptable, and open to coaching.
