About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Naamat Abougouche. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Administer medications and provide medication reminders
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
  • Assist with mobility and transfer clients as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move clients as needed
Work Setting

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
