Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and display areas.
  • Count, weigh, and sort incoming stock, and record inventory levels.
  • Process customer transactions, including bagging and packaging purchases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or stockroom environment.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
