About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fruit and Vegetable Sales Associate to join our team at Maxi. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our products are accurately stocked and displayed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Ensure that products are accurately stocked and displayed by receiving and processing shipments, rotating stock, and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Assist with visual merchandising by setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring that products are attractively presented.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
