Accounting Specialist

At A4S IMMIGRATION SERVICES LTD, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and calculating fixed assets and depreciation.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
* Post journal entries
* Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
* Prepare tax returns
* Prepare trial balance of books
* Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
* Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

Work Environment:

* Permanent position
* 40 hours per week
* Work Language: English
