We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Resident Manager to join our team at Killam Apartment REIT. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the property, including cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Coordinate and supervise the work of onsite tradespeople, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

• Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing property rules and regulations.

• Participate in resident events and activities, fostering a sense of community and connection among residents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, and customer service.

• Previous experience in the property management industry.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
