Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to generate and evolve ideas, integrating brand and marketing goals with business objectives.
  • Champion the member journey and deliver exceptional digital experiences that meet and exceed member expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital product professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
  • Drive the successful implementation and adoption of digital products, ensuring seamless integration and a positive user experience.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in leading digital product strategy and delivery, preferably within a member-focused organization.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in digital member experience, user-centric design, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital product initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities, with a track record of effectively working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
