Mixology Expert

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mixology Expert to join our team at Atlas Steak + Fish in Cascades Casino Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable dining experience.
• Prepare beverages to the highest quality standards.
• Provide feedback on recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests, promote products and events, and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of bartending experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment.
• Holding Serving It Right (BC)/ Proserve (Alberta) certificate/ Smart Serve (Ontario).
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be 19 years of age or older in British Columbia and 18 years of age or older in Alberta.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a sensitive approach when dealing with people.
