We are a dynamic dental clinic located in Barrie, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and providing a supportive work environment for our team members.
As an Oral Health Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating services for patient care. You will perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening.
You will serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling patients on their treatment plans. Additionally, you will establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on each patient's expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behavior.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
To be eligible for this position, you must have a completed Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree, be a Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing, and hold valid CPR certification.
