We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Dana Day Care Ltd. as a Child Development Specialist.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the development of children and creating personalized learning plans tailored to their needs.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in early childhood education and possess a strong understanding of child development principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
  • Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
