We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Fabrication Planner/Detailer at Next Level Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and detailing fabrication projects, ensuring quality control and effective communication with team members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of fabrication projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, including procurement, production, and quality control.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on fabrication practices, industrial construction trades, welding procedures, and metallurgy.
- Initiate and complete necessary documentation for projects, including shop and field teams.
- Support customers by addressing technical inquiries and advising on the application of fabricated items.
- Foster a culture of safety, ensuring that all team members adhere to industry-standard practices and regulations.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication practices, industrial construction trades, welding procedures, and metallurgy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective handling of administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage schedules, meet deadlines, and resolve problems as they arise.
