Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for supervising a team of skilled trades personnel, plays a critical role in ensuring bottling operations run smoothly. This involves prioritizing day-to-day maintenance tasks, managing work orders, and implementing lean maintenance initiatives. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience with CMMS software. In addition, they will be able to communicate effectively with internal customers and external vendors. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with OHSA regulations, promoting continuous improvement, and supporting HACCP policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a College Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related trade certificate, along with relevant work experience. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or certification in Maintenance Management. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively are essential. Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing equipment, Health & Safety Regulations, and Collective Agreements.

Financial Responsibility
This position involves participating in goal setting and being accountable for a limited budget for asset administration and goals. The ideal candidate will operate within predetermined limits, ensuring efficient use of resources. Regularly reviewing and adjusting spending plans to meet business objectives is crucial to success.

Estimated Salary Range
$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
