**Job Summary**

A Key Holder plays a crucial role in driving sales and store metrics while providing excellent customer service. As an expert in operating procedures, they contribute to mentoring the associate team and supporting store leadership in daily processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Foster a customer-centric environment by collaborating with the leadership team to cultivate genuine connections with customers.

• Drive sales and store metrics by setting team and zoning goals using key performance indicators.

• Deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience through the execution of all omni services.

**Leadership and Team Management**

• Participate in managing the store environment and customer experience by facilitating an energized pace and positivity among the team.

• Exercise decision-making skills to support problem-solving and enhance customer experiences.

• Support associate team training, including new hire onboarding.

**Visual and Business Operations**

• Support daily operating processes, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards, and restocking product.

• Collaborate with key partners to facilitate shipment and omni fulfillment processes, supporting visual standards and product stock levels.

• Assist store leadership in maintaining standards and cleanliness by supporting daily tasks.

**Communication and Relationships**

• Contribute to an inclusive work environment by actively listening and seeking diverse perspectives.

• Maintain open communication with leadership on store objectives and provide feedback.

• Offer insights on customer and employee experiences and communicate feedback to Store Manager.

• Enhance team morale through brand and store initiatives, such as employee recognition and team-building activities.
