About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Roy Hoffman. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Organization and Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, and communicate effectively with management and other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, patience, and honesty
  • Work Term: Permanent

  • Hours: 30 hours per week
