Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Intellectual Property Attorney to join our team at destinationone Consulting. As a key member of our IP practice group, you will advise clients on protecting their intellectual property assets, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on the protection, management, and enforcement of intellectual property rights;
  • Draft and file patent, trademark, and copyright applications;
  • Conduct IP due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions;
  • Represent clients in IP litigation and dispute resolution;
  • Develop and implement IP strategies that align with business goals;
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school;
  • Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar;
  • At least 3 years of experience in intellectual property law;
  • Strong understanding of patent, trademark, and copyright law;
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills;
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

The salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and the level of experience required for the role. As a senior attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and develop your expertise in intellectual property law.
