Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Pharmacy team at Walmart Canada. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Pharmacy team, including recruitment, training, and development of associates.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient dispensing of medications, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Professional Services and Store Management, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Pharmacist License (secondary optional permit in Alberta: CA_APA - Additional Prescribing Authorization)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
