We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Identity initiative, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations that simplify and personalize the experience for our community.

Job Description

As a Technical Solutions Developer, you will work closely with technical leads and functional experts to:

  • Design and develop integrations within the Digital Identity solution, including Microsoft Entra suite, Identity Registry, and Identity Portal applications.
  • Integrate with enterprise applications, both on-premises and cloud-based.
  • Develop high-quality custom integrations using Microsoft Graph API, Salesforce APIs, web services (SOAP, REST), and other relevant technologies.
  • Create interfaces and integrations with third-party solutions using iPaaS solutions, message queuing systems, and standard integration protocols.
  • SUPPORT migration from existing point-to-point integrations to modern, scalable integration platforms.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience with integration development in large, complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with agile development environments, Microsoft Graph API, Salesforce APIs, and iPaaS tools such as MuleSoft or Azure LogicApps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead root cause analysis for integration and deployment issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
