Handyman/Handyperson Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Handyperson Specialist to join our team at Elite Domo.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced handyman or handyperson to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing their skills to maintain and repair various aspects of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our facilities, including making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.

You will also be required to contact tradespersons for major repairs, perform minor repairs on appliances, and conduct safety and security checks. Additionally, you may be tasked with supervising other workers, moving heavy furniture and equipment, and performing routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.

• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Contact tradespersons for major repairs.
• Perform minor repairs on appliances.
• Conduct safety and security checks.
• Supervise other workers.
• Move heavy furniture and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.

This role requires the ability to work in all weather conditions and involves physically demanding tasks, including repetitive movements, handling heavy loads, and bending, crouching, and kneeling.

• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility and initiative.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health benefits, dental plan, healthcare plan, vision care benefits, and free parking available.
