Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
- Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads.
- Project cash flow and financing requirements.
- Advise on tendering procedures.
- Set up and maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems.
- Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Commercial and industrial construction experience.
- Experience with project coordination and purchasing, procurement, and contracts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
