Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Organization Development Specialist to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic priorities of our organization and driving positive change across our system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an internal consulting resource for organization and leadership development processes, strategies, and projects.
  • Provide consulting services to senior leaders and managers with teams, focusing on improving team, leader, and systems effectiveness.
  • Support the goals and objectives of senior leadership with interventions such as change initiatives, strategy and planning facilitation, process re-design, team building, consulting, and coaching on organization development issues.
  • Partner with senior leaders and teams in designing and implementing change processes that engage stakeholders appropriately from initiation to integration of the change.
  • Remain current in the practice of organization development and leadership development by ongoing professional development, researching, and implementing cutting-edge best practices in alignment with probable future needs in the organization.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Organization Development (O.D.), Leadership, Adult Education, or other equivalent Behavioral Science.
  • Five years' recent related experience in organization development and/or leadership development in an intermediate to large size organization.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in healthcare settings.

Demonstrated knowledge of organization development theory and applications, group facilitation skills, leadership development, adult learning strategies, and methodologies, conflict management, project management, and computer technology.
