About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at 2814686 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Refine Marketing Strategies

Assess the effectiveness of our current marketing programs and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement new strategies to enhance our brand presence and reach our target audience.

Content Creation and Management

Develop high-quality written content, including reports, briefs, and website copy, to engage our audience and promote our brand. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures and newsletters.

Event Planning and Promotion

Coordinate special events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Gather and research marketing materials to support these efforts.

Marketing Analysis and Research

Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform our marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive.

Digital Database Management

Maintain and manage our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Team Supervision and Collaboration

Supervise and support a team of 1-2 marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Work Environment and Requirements

Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Hours

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
