About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grading Foreman to join our team at Mainline Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a crew and equipment to complete civil, residential, or oilfield grading projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise work at assigned jobsites, ensuring daily field safety and environmental inspections are conducted as required.
  • Maintain records and reporting, ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
  • Ensure good employee relations and training requirements are met.
  • Optimize resources through proper planning and coordination of work.
  • Review, complete, and correct all required documentation, including daily timesheets and incident reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of civil or oilfield grading experience.
  • Valid Class 5 AB driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is considered an asset.
