Job Title: EHS Specialist

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards
  2. Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with all corporate program expectations and applicable federal and state laws
  3. Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on workplace safety and health
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols
  5. Provide guidance and support to employees on workplace safety and health issues
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced EHS Specialist who possesses the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in worker's compensation case management and a Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field are highly desirable.

The base salary for this position ranges from $56,000/year up to $84,000/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
