Commercial Real Estate Associate Opportunity

Stikeman Elliott's Calgary office is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its esteemed team. As the successful candidate, you will have a strong background in commercial real estate matters, with 2 to 5 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent private, public, and institutional domestic and international clients in commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint-ventures, development, leasing, financing, and construction.
  • Work with a dynamic team of lawyers to gain industry-leading experience and expertise in commercial real estate.
  • Participate in industry groups, such as the Urban Land Institute Alberta, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and BILD.

Requirements:

  • Law degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent business judgment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to work well on various teams.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive priorities.
