At Dreamheights Enterprises Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our construction team as a Construction Site Laborer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced crew with various tasks on the construction site.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with our supervisors and other laborers to complete various tasks, including:

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials;
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades;
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt;
  • Assisting medical examiners in charge;
  • Helping with drilling and blasting rock on construction sites;
  • Assisting with framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs;
  • Paving and raking asphalt;
  • Assisting with demolishing buildings;
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials;
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites;
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction;
  • DIRECTING TRAFFIC AT OR NEAR CONSTRUCTION SITES;

In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma;
  • Less than 7 months of experience in a related field;
  • The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions;
  • The ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in dusty environments;
  • The ability to handle physical demands of the job, including manual dexterity and repetitive tasks;

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This amount may vary depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
