Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automotive Systems Specialist to join our team at Whitehorse Motors Ltd. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Road Testing: Conduct thorough road tests to diagnose and identify vehicle issues.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by advising customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
  • Reporting: Complete accurate and detailed reports to record problems and work performed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Required certifications for the position.
