About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Colleague to join our team at JYSK Canada. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise and supplies in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the backroom of the store
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Support the sales floor team and cash team as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service by keeping customers informed about new sales and promotions
  • Ensure accurate and efficient scanning of items and payment transactions

Requirements
  • Ability to operate pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to make decisions related to shipping and receiving
  • Comfortable working independently and seeking assistance as needed
  • 1+ year of retail experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
