Cleaner - Floor Care Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner - Floor Care Specialist to join our team at Diamond Heights Homes Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and shine.
  • Dusting and Vacuuming: Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to ensure a dust-free environment.
  • Sanitation and Disinfection: Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a sparkling clean environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
