We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Quality Tops & Kitchens Ltd. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our delivery drivers and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring that they are aware of their routes, schedules, and delivery deadlines.
  • Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Prepare daily reports on delivery performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize our delivery process.
  • Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot issues that arise during delivery, providing technical advice and guidance to our drivers to ensure that they can complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to our delivery drivers, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Ensure that our delivery drivers are aware of and comply with all health and safety regulations, taking steps to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
