Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

LAWSON JACKPOT CONVENIENCE STORE is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
