Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Environment Expert. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • No high school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
