Job Title: Hotel Cashier

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Cashier to join our team at Gulfian Resources Inc.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Cashier will be responsible for operating a cash register, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is a temporary position with a 40-hour workweek, requiring a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Manage cash, credit card, and debit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in promotional activities and suggestively sell products to guests.
  • Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products.
  • Monitor entrances and exits, requesting proof of payment when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Secondary school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
