Job Title: Production Labourer

Barakah Eats Ltd is seeking a Production Labourer to join our team in a meat processing and packing plant/establishment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manually packing goods into bags and boxes or other containers, cleaning machines and immediate work areas, and weighing meats for sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Prepare special orders
  • Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities
  • Grind meats
  • Cut poultry into parts
  • Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
  • Record production information
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Fast-paced environment
Personal Suitability:
  • Team player
  • Organized
