Role ResponsibilitiesThe Investigator will be responsible for coordinating and resolving complaints related to the driver training and testing system. This will involve conducting thorough and unbiased investigations into actual or suspected unlawful and non-compliant conduct.
- Conduct investigations into complaints and gather evidence through interviews, surveillance, and other means.
- Support the completion of investigative work, including the processing of evidence and the preparation of reports.
- Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies and Crown Prosecutors to ensure effective and efficient resolution of complaints.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the oversight of the driver training and testing system.
- Provide subject-matter expertise to support the development of changes to governance and systems.
The Investigator will be responsible for:
- Conducting investigations into complaints and gathering evidence.
- Supporting the completion of investigative work.
- Collaborating with other law enforcement agencies and Crown Prosecutors.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the oversight of the driver training and testing system.
