LUVUNLIMITED TRUCKING INC. is seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across our network.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Logistics and Operations: Monitor personnel workloads and locations, maintain vehicle operator work records, and process and transmit information to coordinate activities.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with vehicle operators, crews, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
- Language of Work: English.
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
