As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and coordinate community-based care, secondary, and tertiary level healthcare services.
- Build a strong relationship with patients and their families, ensuring a continuum of care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities to enhance patient care and services.
- Utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) to record patient details and ensure seamless communication with other healthcare providers.
- Full-time position with regular clinic hours (Monday to Friday).
- Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS).
- Eligibility for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
