About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Sales and Service Supervisor to join our team at SPEEDY CASH & CELL MART. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial sales and service operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Sales and Service Management
    • Approve or reject loan applications, or recommend applications for approval or rejection
    • Assist clients by proposing solutions to address their financial objectives, such as business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial goals
    • Complete credit and loan documentation
    • Forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action
    • Interview applicants for loans
    • Prepare statements on delinquent accounts
    • Review and update credit and loan files
    • Submit credit and loan applications to management
  • Work Environment
