Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

S COFFEE 191 KING W is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, coffee shop, and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and a team player attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
