About the Opportunity

As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance duties and scheduled preventive maintenance work on physical facilities, equipment, and grounds. This includes assembling, moving, delivering, setting up, and picking up furniture and equipment.

You will also perform general repair work on structures, patch and paint damaged walls, and assist the Plant, Building & Safety Manager in the inspection of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Additionally, you will carry out preventive maintenance program actions and access the PM Worx program for Preventive Maintenance schedules and to process work orders.

You will request necessary materials, supplies, parts, and tools required and maintain control of storage and use. Moreover, you will take every precaution that is reasonable in the circumstances to ensure the health and safety of employees, residents, and all others in the workplace.
