Job Opportunity: CNC Machinist/Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our manufacturing team. As a CNC Machinist/Programmer, you will be responsible for programming CNC code from provided CAD data, setting up machining tools and materials, and running CNC code to verify finished components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program CNC code from provided CAD data
  • Set up appropriate machining tools, offsets, and materials as per program direction
  • Run CNC code and verify finished components as required
  • Ensure customer requirements, including project timing, part quality, and delivery, are understood and met
  • Consider alternative solutions for given tasks or problems
Requirements:
  • Thorough understanding of G-Code
  • Excellent machining skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of industry-standard Windows applications
  • Successful completion of Lift Truck Safety Course and Crane Operation and Safety Training an asset
