Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and complete responses to all client requests, working closely with the management team, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Air Quality Monitoring projects.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through face-to-face meetings, email correspondence, and phone calls.
- Manage customer expectations with respect to all aspects of work orders in-house.
- Assist the Sales team in ensuring proper options are presented to clients regarding testing requirements and other requests.
- Handle data management tasks related to the AQM department, including daily Level 0 data verification, regulatory monthly and annual reporting, and client-specific reporting tasks.
