Your Opportunity:

The Clinical Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the Addiction and Mental Health Adult Acute Units, ensuring that services delivered by the team meet the needs of service users and stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership and clinical oversight skills, with a focus on applying evidence-informed practice and continuous quality improvement approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and manage a team of highly skilled and committed staff
  • Oversee the daily operations of the acute care team, including practical, financial, and complex clinical aspects
  • Provide coaching and assist in the delivery of competency-based education related to Addiction and Mental Health Principles of Care
  • Facilitate seamless and continuous care through active relationships with physicians, service users, and other invested parties
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and clinical oversight skills
  • Ability to apply evidence-informed practice and continuous quality improvement approaches
  • Experience in recruitment and management of healthcare staff
  • Knowledge of Addiction and Mental Health Principles of Care
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Connect Care access and collaborate care experience
