Job Title: Snow Removal Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Snow Removal Operator. As a key member of our winter operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient removal of snow and ice from our clients' properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate snow plows and other equipment to clear snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks
  • Apply salt and ice melt as required to ensure safe walking surfaces
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and repair under the supervision of the Fleet Manager
  • Perform other duties as required to support the winter operations team
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
