About the Role

Veeva Systems is seeking a seasoned Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality SaaS products in the Vault CRM space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers in QA methodologies and best practices.
  • Work closely with the automation team to design and implement automated testing frameworks.
  • Conduct thorough QA testing and verification within established timelines.
  • Partner with software engineers, product managers, and QA testers to drive quality and efficiency in the Agile team environment.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in software development and/or test automation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and approaches in a fast-paced software company.
  • Experience in writing test cases and automating them, covering various testing scenarios.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and TestRail.
  • Background in a SaaS environment with an agile development process.
